The Independent Captain meets the USS Discovery Captain, Jason Issacs !

Following an invite by Netflix to attend a secret screening of episode 8 of Star Trek Discovery, I was one of the few people allowed to meet the stars and and get a selfie and autograph from Jason Issacs, Sonequa Martin-Green, Shazad Latif and prodicer Arron Harberts. Around 250 people attended and there was an exhibition of props and the spore drive experience where you were 'dematerialised' in the engine room!
